The Crop Chooses The Plot
Jojoba goes on the dry ridge, cane in the bottom ground, seed plots on isolation distance. We don't force a crop onto convenient acreage — we put it where it wins.
Rotation Is Insurance
Thirty-five crops means no single failure takes the year. Legumes pay back nitrogen; sod crops rest the ground; the exotic plots get the attention they cost.
Grade Before You Sell
Every lot is graded before it's priced — seed purity, bale quality, botanical moisture, syrup density. The buyer gets the number we measured, not the number we hoped for.
Compliant Or Not Planted
Regulated plots — hemp, cannabis, tobacco seed — go in only under current license and within state rules. A crop that can't be grown legally doesn't get grown.
